Celebrating 107 years of life and legacy

Ms. Alberta Bailey

RISE was honored to celebrate Ms. Alberta Bailey's incredible 107th birthday milestone with 107 beautiful roses and a special visit from Mayor Keith James, who came out to personally wish her a happy birthday. 

Ms. Bailey is a true Coleman Park legacy—she made this community her home in 1960 and has been a cornerstone of our neighborhood for over six decades. Her story is woven into the very fabric of Coleman Park, and her presence continues to inspire residents of all ages. 

It was heartwarming to see longtime residents, Ms. Deborah Smith and Mr. David Gibson come together to celebrate Ms. Bailey, creating a beautiful intergenerational moment that captures the essence of community. These are the moments that remind us why community connection matters so deeply. 

At RISE, we believe in celebrating our residents and supporting the occasions that bring our community together. When we honor our elders and create space for neighbors to connect, we strengthen the bonds that make Coleman Park not just a place to live, but a place to belong.
