City of West Palm Beach holds groundbreaking for Coleman Park Renaissance

The City of West Palm Beach held a groundbreaking to launch construction at the Coleman Park Renaissance development this month.

Located two miles north of downtown West Palm Beach, the $19.5 million development includes 43 affordable homes that will “provide quality housing for the City’s workforce, including teachers, nurses, municipal employees, home health care providers, and individuals on a fixed income.”

“As mayor, one of the main issues that keep me up at night is ensuring that the economic boom and prosperity that our city has seen these past few years reach all of our residents, regardless of their ZIP code,” said Mayor Keith James in his opening remarks to the ceremony. Read more
