We're thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of the Culture Yard – a transformative public realm initiative coming to Coleman Park this Fall 2025!

This groundbreaking project is made possible through the collaborative partnership of:

Why Public Realm activities are essential for Place-Based Investment-When we talk about sustainable community development, we know that physical spaces are more than just locations – they're the foundation for human connection, economic opportunity, and social mobility. Culture Yard represents a critical investment in place-based community development that puts residents at the absolute center of the transformation process.

The Purpose Built Communities Approach- Following the proven Purpose Built Communities model, The Culture Yard will serve as a dedicated hub where residents don't just participate in community development – they lead it. This approach recognizes that lasting change happens when community members have ownership, voice, and agency in shaping their own neighborhoods.
