We are thrilled to welcome Timeka Motlow, M.P.A., CNAP, to the RISE Coleman Park family as our new Director of Finance and Administration!

Timeka brings more than a decade of nonprofit financial and operational leadership to our team, but what truly sets her apart is her deep commitment to community-driven work and organizational excellence. Her career reflects a consistent pattern of showing up for organizations whose missions are rooted in people, and we know that same heart will be felt across everything she does to support our work in Coleman Park.

Professionally, Timeka is the real deal. As a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional with an M.P.A. in Nonprofit Management, she brings hands-on expertise in financial management, compliance, audit preparation, policy development, and operational systems including experience managing multi-million-dollar nonprofit budgets and consistently delivering clean audits. She knows how to build the internal infrastructure that allows mission-driven organizations to grow with integrity and accountability.

For RISE, this matters deeply. As we continue to expand our capacity and deepen our impact as Coleman Park's Community Quarterback, having strong financial and administrative leadership is essential to honoring the trust our residents, partners, and funders place in us. Timeka will help ensure that our operations match the excellence of the community we serve.
