RISE Coleman Park is excited to announce we're hiring a Director of Finance and Administration to join our mission-driven team!

As Coleman Park's Community Quarterback, we're expanding our capacity to transform our neighborhood through mixed-income housing, cradle-to-career education, community wellness, and economic vitality. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to grow with an organization that's building something meaningful.

About the Role: We're looking for a strategic leader to manage our financial operations, human resources, and organizational systems. You'll work closely with our CEO and leadership team, oversee budgets and grant reporting, manage banking relationships and real estate assets, coordinate board meetings, and help strengthen the operational backbone that supports community transformation.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in community development, financial, and administration management

• Strong financial acumen with experience in community development

• Experience working with volunteer boards and nonprofit governance

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

• Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills

• Deep commitment to equitable community development
